PROBLEM-The subtitles you have downloaded from the net are not synchronized with the dialogues, i.e. either they are shown before the conversation (or dialogue or sound) is heard or they are shown after the conversation (or dialogue or sound) has finished. Then, there is a simple solution.
SOLUTION- Here are few simple steps that will help solve your Subtitles problem :

1.Install VLC Media player on your PC/Laptop.
2.Play the video.
3.Load the subtitles.
4.Now press the keys ‘G’ or ‘H’ to set delay or rewind the subtitles.
5.Press these keys until you synchronise the voice with the text.

Problem-While playing .3gp,mp4 videos, no sound is heard even when the speakers are on.

SOLUTION-

1. Check for the system volume and confirm that it is not muted.

2. If the video you are playing is of very low quality or if it is a mobile video, then VLC player plays the video with no sound.

3. You must download high resolution videos for your PC/Laptop and the sound will be played automatically.

Follow these steps to shuffle songs in vlc.
1.Open vlc media player.
2.Go to Media.
3.Open Folder/Disc.
4.Go to playlist.
5. Select show playlist.
6.The play list will appear in a new window.
7.In the bottom panel you will see 4 buttons.
